REPORT: Obama Tried to Legalize Man Who Impregnated And Murdered His 15 Year Old Step-Daughter

According to the to Washington Times, The Obama administration last year began the process of granting legal status to a 36-year-old illegal immigrant, Armando Garcia, who not only had a long extensive criminal record, but also who impregnated and then killed his 15 year old step daughter.  Garcia is accused of killing his pregnant 15-year-old step-daughter, Jennifer Delgado, on March 6 at a home in the 1100 block of Babcock Road.

These are the types of scorched earth policies that plagued the Obama administration along with Obama’s legacy as President of the United States.  We brought to you a story earlier about an 18 year old illegal immigrant who partook in gang raping a student at a high school in Maryland, who also was released by Obama’s ICE agency 7 months earlier.  Unfortunately these stories are not few and far between.

According to the Times, Garcia was even approved for a work permit, letting him work and making him eligible for taxpayer benefits, let alone all of the other benefits that even Illegal aliens without permits can obtain currently.

Garcia’s criminal record is mind blowing, and it brings up the question of why was he even allowed to be here, committing these crimes in the first place?

  • Arrested for smuggling five other illegal immigrants into the U.S.
  • Arrested in 2008 for assault
  • Charged with theft in 2009
  • In 2011 immigration agents arrested him and tried to deport him, but he was granted bond and released

After the smuggling case,  Garcia was turned over to Homeland Security agents, who pushed for a trial, but the local U.S. attorney refused to prosecute, saying there wasn’t a good witness.

In November 2016 the Obama administration approved his work permit, giving him the right to work, get a driver’s license and apply for a Social Security number and taxpayer benefits.

CBP and USCIS declined to comment, while ICE officials said it was immigration judges who granted him bond in both deportation cases. ICE failed to explain why the cases were never pursued further to actually deport Garcia from the country.

In the most recent case of murder, Garcia had relations with 15 year old Jennifer Delgado potentially for years. According to the Times, Garcia was Delgado’s stepfather and they had a 1 year old child together. Delgado was 9 months pregnant with another child of his during the time of the murder.

The one-year-old child would have already been born — to a girl who would have been 14 at the time — when ICE agents and prosecutors last had Mr. Garcia in their custody.

A judge has ordered CPS to take care of the two children.

“I want the real focus to be the placement of these children together in a safe, loving home,” said Judge Charles Montemayor.

CPS said it always prefers to keep children with family, when possible. Right now, only one relative, who lives in Mexico, has stepped up wanting to take on that responsibility.

An investigator with Child Protective Services said Garcia is still recovering at a local hospital with a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the chin. He reportedly can’t speak, but is communicating by writing on a dry-erase board.
