NYPD Arrests Muslim Woman For Falsely Claiming She Was Attacked By Trump Supporters

When Seweid alleged that the Trump supporter attack happened, the mainstream media, including the New York Daily News and Buzzfeed, jumped on the story to report it as “fact.”

The NYPD has told a source at the The New York Daily News that they have arrested the New York City college student Yasmin Seweid who reported a while back that she was attacked and bullied by Trump supporters.  During a thorough investigation by the NYPD, Sewed admitted she made the whole thing up, citing “family problems.”

The police source told The News that police gave Seweid numerous opportunities to recant her story but she kept sticking to it for days, until finally she caved and told the truth.

This is so far marked one of tens of fake reports that have been uncovered by investigators as fake through claimant admission.

Police say there was many inconsistencies in her story initially, but at first they assumed that was typical of being traumatized. They also claim the investigation into the false hate crime required “a lot” of resources.

Many people became suspicious of Seweid’s story when no witnesses of the attack came forward and only one of the men she described could be found on MTA security tape. Things got even stranger when Seweid disappeared last weekend only to return two days later saying she was at a relatives house.

Seweid also blamed New York City residents for the phony attack, falsely claiming “It breaks my heart that so many individuals chose to be bystanders while watching me get harassed verbally and physically by these disgusting pigs.”
