Oregonians Circulate Petition To Recall Governor Kate Brown

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown talks with members of the media to preview legislation for the upcoming session at the Oregon State Capitol, in Salem, Oregon.

A Petition That’s Gaining Ground

Oregon is a blue State, there is no doubt about that, however there is a limit to the progressive idealism that the Citizens will put up with.

For readers of this article from the rest of the 50 States and beyond, I will introduce you to Governor Kate Brown.

The geniuses in this quiet little state, elected Dr. John Kitzhaber to two consecutive terms from 1995 till 2003. He ran again and served from 2011 till 2014. The Democrats that make up the margin of the states population …again, elected him to a second term, despite ¬†growing scandals involving his girlfriend Cylvia Hayes, the state decreed that she, the live-in girlfriend, be called “First Lady.” She had business interests that benefited directly from her title and access to Senate Bills. Eventually, in early February, after having FBI investigations, Kitzhaber was forced to resign.

This brings us to Kate Brown, she was the Oregon Secretary Of State, then appointed to Oregon Governor.

She was praised as being the first LGBQT Governor, and embraced the Alt-community and protection of their status and equality.

In 2016, Oregonians voted her in as Governor, she saw that as a green light to join with her fellow social justice warriors in the Capitol and pass every egregious bill her heart desired.

Recall Governor Kate Brown

Governors Flurry Of New Legislation FINAL STRAW to Oregon.

Here is a short list of her greatest hits:

S.B. 719: allows any person to declare a gun owner is a risk to themselves and others (they would have 24 hrs to hand over their guns before Law Enforcement can forcibly remove them).

S.B. 3391: forces ALL Oregon insurers to cover abortions free, regardless of income, insurance, citizenship status or gender identity.

H.B. 2017:  in order to fund a multi-billion dollar budget, enacted tolls on sections of I-5 and I-205 at the Oregon РWashington border and continued them throughout the Portland Metropolitan area.

H.B. 2355: reduces drug convictions for possession of methadone, oxycodone, heroine, MDMA, cocaine, and methamphetamine from felonies to misdemeanors.

Oregonians are finally waking up to the damage to the economy, tourism, and quality of residency in the State. An official recall petition is being circulated statewide, with signatures of approximately 15% of the number of cast votes in the last election required to get it on a ballot.

Regardless of the outcome, this is a strong message from Oregonians to Kate Brown. Her incompetence and ignorance will be subject to her constituent’s ability to send her packing in 2018 and Oregon will be a better place for it.
