UPDATE: 2 of three charges of Cantwell were dropped with one felony still to be decided on
Justice System Hard At Work, Not Even Close?
Is our justice system fair, or is it subject to extremely biased prosecutors and juries? This is a question that has been discussed since it’s creation. This story, I believe is a perfect example to show proof of the latter.
Chris Cantwell, the host of the ‘Radical Agenda’ podcast is facing up to 60 years in prison for using pepper spray in self defense at the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville. Cantwell has been in solitary confinement for 2 months thus far awaiting trial.
Because Cantwell sprayed one of the left-wing Antifa members in the face after being attacked, he is being charged with two felony counts of ‘illegal use of tear gas,’ and one felony count of ‘malicious bodily injury.’ Cantwell is ultimately probably going to go to prison because of biased leaders in the state of Virginia.
You can see the posture and stance leaning backwards of Cantwell in this photo below suggesting what other videos show that he was attacked first.
Rand Paul’s Attacker
Senator Rand Paul was peacefully outside of his home in Kentucky mowing his lawn when he was ambushed from behind by his neighbor. Paul’s neighbor, Rene Boucher who is described by his community and neighbors as a ‘vocal Anti-Trump socialist,’ left Paul with six broken ribs and fluid in his lungs which can ultimately lead to lung infections and possibly worse.
After all of this, Boucher is only being charged with a $500 fine and a restraining order. That’s it. After a brutal assault, from behind which was politically motivated as described by his own neighbors and members of the community and this is all Boucher is facing.
Meanwhile Cantwell will potentially be rotting in Prison for the rest of his life from using some cheap Chines made pepper spray he likely ordered off Amazon a week prior to the rally. And using it in self defense.
This video shows this all in context side by side. I urge you to watch this and try not to get angry…
